Zvia Merdinger, born in Poland in 1936,passed the war as refugee in Kirgisya ,USSR. After the war repatriated to Poland and from there at 1950 made Aliya to Israel. A certified nurse by education, married with children & grandchildren. Since 20 years developed her artistic talents by studying painting with leading Israeli artists, to mention a few Zipi Landau, Dov Segev, Lea Avizedek, Moshon Ben-Nun, Eitan Menasherov, Hagit Shahal, Jan Rauchwerger and Ronit Milano. Her art is distinguished by a broad spectrum of vivid and strong colors, black and white oil paintings & mixed techniques. She lives and works in Israel.
