Selected Works

Dubi Ronen is an Israeli artist and sculptor who lives and creates in Rehovot. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in product design from the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) and has developed a unique technique for painting and sculpting with concrete.
Ronen’s works are characterized by sharp lines, bold colors, and a dynamic sense of movement. Drawing inspiration from the worlds of architecture, engineering, and abstract art, he incorporates advanced technologies and innovative materials into his creations. His sculptures are exhibited in galleries and international art fairs, as well as in public spaces, where they engage in a fascinating dialogue with both the viewer and their surroundings.
His sculptures feature angular, faceted forms, while their striking colors pink, blue, green, and yellow imbue them with a commanding presence. The pair of sculptures depicted here symbolize a dialogue between two figures (perhaps human), interacting with each other and their environment.
What makes these sculptures truly unique is their interaction with light each facet shifts in color depending on the angle of illumination, ensuring that no two moments appear the same. Through this, Ronen conveys a message about the constant state of change in life and the beauty found in impermanence, much like the ever-evolving hues reflected on the surfaces of his works.
Ronen distills geometric shapes in his sculptures to a point of intrigue an invitation for the viewer to engage, explore, and be drawn into a world of color, movement, and meaning
